Team Leadership:
In this session we will learn the meaning of the word “TEAM” and address some of the misconceptions that organizations have. The leader’s role in team building, philosophy, stewardship & joint mission will be discussed. Other topics addressed are: The necessities for leading an effective team, The leader’s role in building trust, vision, communication and designing structures that support team dynamics.

Maintaining Long Term Motivation:
In any job or task it’s easy to lose motivation to keep going. coworkers, criticism, and a variety of circumstanses can take the wind out of our sails.  In this workshop you will learn the things that cause us to lose motivation, ways to avoid these things and how to stay focused regardless of your surroundings.

Dealing With Criticism:
If you’re going to lead a team or organization you are going to hear criticism.  Learn reasons that we are criticized, how to recognize it and effective ways in dealing with both personal and organizational criticism.

Burnout & Boundaries:
In this workshop we will learn practical principles and steps to balance your career, family & your personal life. (You really do get to have one of those!) We will look at the topic of burnout and the things that cause us to “crash & burn”. If you are going to do anything of value it means a lot of hours devoted to whatever that things is. In this practical workshop we will learn how to reorganize when your life is out of balance and what causes us to burnout, as well as learn practical suggestions and steps to correct the problem and get our life back into a healthy balance.

Failure: The Greatest Tool for Success:
Everyone can think of a time that they failed at something. In this workshop we discuss failure from a different point of view.  We’ll talk about what failure really is, some common misconceptions of failure and how to grow through the experience.
